Delete data

If you use a visible account, you can start account deletion inside the app. You can also send us a deletion request.

Steps

1. Open Settings in Sachkunde Pflanzenschutz.
2. Select Delete account and confirm the action.
3. If you cannot access the app, email apps@bitbeans.de from the address associated with your account.

Local data and records

If you use the app without a visible account, we may need more information to match a request safely. You can remove learning progress stored only on your device by deleting the app; it may not be recoverable afterwards. Purchase and accounting records that must be kept by law remain until the applicable retention period ends.
