Questions about the app, a purchase or a practice question? Email apps@bitbeans.de or use the bitbeans contact form. Include your platform, app version and the issue. Never send passwords or full payment receipts.

Account and progress

Tell us whether you study without signing in or with an Apple or Google account, and whether the problem started after changing devices or reinstalling. Removing the app can delete progress stored only on your device. If you use an account, check that you signed in with the same one.

Restore a purchase

Open the purchase screen in the app and select Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple or Google Store account used for the original purchase. Purchases are tied to the relevant store. If this does not help, tell us the store, product and approximate purchase date.

Report a question or content issue

Include the study area and question and explain what seems incorrect or unclear. Sachkunde Pflanzenschutz is an independent theory study aid, not an official exam service.
