Apple or Google processes each purchase, so only the relevant store can refund a payment. The price is shown in the store before purchase.

Request a refund through Apple Report a Problem.

Google Play

Use the Google Play refund flow.

If something does not work

Email apps@bitbeans.de with the store, product and approximate purchase date. Do not send full payment receipts or passwords. Our support page explains how to restore a purchase.
